Terms of Service

By accessing or using FunnelMockups (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewals until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the funnel maps, mockups, copy, images, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant FunnelMockups a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without authorization.
• Scrape, mass-extract, or train AI models on the Service without permission.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and templates, is owned by FunnelMockups and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or other conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelMockups will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
